Daft Punk at Keyspan Park

Now that I have some time to chillout on the train ride down to NJ, I can talk about seeing Daft Punk last night out in Coney Island. I’ve had the tickets for months waiting and it was definitely worth the wait!
They were playing at Keyspan Park, which requires an hour long trip out on the Q train and is right in the Coney Island arcade area. I could hear the concert from all over, the park is just an old wooden open-air baseball field. There was a nice breeze, which felt great once you started dancing.
The show was fantastic. Great sound and light combination. The music sounded excellent and blended a lot of their old and new stuff together in a kickass mix. They did 2 encores at the end and I was happy.
For a perfect ending, my friend Clint and I stopped at Nathans Hot Dogs, THE Nathans, and grabbed a slew of hot dogs and french fries. It was sooo good! Then we stood the entire train ride home because the train was packed full of people from the show. Good times once again.
